  At Scout School last year 5 of our Leaders completed their basic training and at
 our AGM were awarded their Woodbadges, but who would have thought that a year later we would go one better, well 6 of our Leaders completed their basic training at Scout School this year and are on track to receive their Woodbadges, so well done and congratulations to, Tracey, Esther, Nicki, Yvonne, Sean and James
 
       We now have more Leaders in the Group with Woodbadges (14) than without. 
 

Welcome to 5th Hadleigh Scout Group, please feel free to have a look around our New web site. 5th Hadleigh Scout Group was formed in July 1924 and over it's 87 year history it has had it's ups and downs but since moving to our new home at St Michael's Daws Heath 6 years ago it has grown every year and now has nearly 100 Members, it has all 3 Sections, Beavers, Cubs and Scouts. Shackleton Explorer Scout Unit is also based at St Michael's, which is a District Unit but works in Partnership with Scout Groups around it, if you are a Member of either 5th Hadleigh or Shackleton you will be able to use a login and password and gain access to the inner parts of the web site such as photo galleries and other information, if you are not a member and would like more information about us please contact us and we will get back to you, alternately why not pay us a visit one Friday at St Michael's Daws Heath.
